I'm glad its here but you have to admit, this is a rather small patch for the amount of issues that still plague Fallout 4, and I don't mean just the optimization ones. Performance improvements inside the Corvega Assembly Plantįixed issue with player becoming stuck in terminalsįixed issue where equipped weapons become locked after completing Reunionsįixed issue with "When Freedom Calls" where the quest would not complete During "Confidence Man"įixed issue where player's health would continuously regenerateįixed crash related to jumping into water and reloading saved gamesįixed issue where Launcher would not save God Rays Quality setting properly (PC) General memory and stability improvements Remapping Activate now works on Quick Container (PC) Number pad keys can now be used for remapping (PC) The good news is that Update 1.2 is bringing in a bunch of fixes for those problems, the bad news however is that it also breaks mod support - though there is a workaround I'll detail below. When I did my Fallout 4 review I mentioned how I didn't really have any performance issues, and that is still true, but since then I've got a fair few messages telling me how the game suffers from massive FPS drops and random crashes.
